In 2024 Australian music icon John Williamson will celebrate his 54th year in the entertainment industry– a remarkable achievement. Audiences can expect a performance of enduring classics inspired by the country he loves so much such as ‘Galleries of Pink Galahs’, ‘Three Sons’, ‘A Bushman Can’t Survive’, ‘Cydi’, ‘Raining on the Rock’, ‘Rip Rip Woodchip’, not to mention ‘True Blue.

“I am really excited to be performing at the iconic State Theatre”, says John. “It is going to be a very special night performing many of my favourite songs over the decades plus new ones recently released and throwing in a few good yarns in between”.
Children's Policy: Children under 2 years are admitted for free provided they do not occupy a seat. Strictly no standing or dancing is permitted in the Mezzanine and Dress Circle. Accessible Seating & Companion Card Holders: Some accessible seating can be purchased online. Bookings including a Companion Card ticket can only be collected from the Box Office. The Companion Card must be presented upon collection. Call Ticketmaster's Accessible Seating line on 1300 446 925 for Accessible / Companion Card & Hearing Loop bookings or information. There is a minimum of 20 stairs to the Dress Circle and Stalls. Patrons needing easy access seats should book for the Mezzanine. Row H has no stairs. There are 2 stairs per row from the back row (eg row G has 2 stairs, row F has 4 stairs etc)
