After a 3-year hiatus from the stage, Eves Karydas presents the Burnt Tapes Tour across Australia’s east coast. An intimate and invigorated offering to audiences that will trace new music together with her celebrated catalogue, including her debut album ‘summerskin’ to triple j Hottest 100 favourite ‘Complicated’. 

Building on the foundations of her earlier discography, her sophomore record ‘Burnt Tapes’ is a daring, experimental expression of analog and alternative sounds complimented by Karydas’ stirring vocals. Ever committed to pushing her musical boundaries with a fierce newfound autonomy, the genre-blending record centers Eves’ captivating presence and vocal range with empowered independence and sincere storytelling second to a nostalgic soundscape with daring nods to indie, alternative and even emo side by side with her long standing influence in the trailblazing women of the songwriting tradition.
