OUR WORDS
We would like to acknowledge that the land on which Adelaide Festival Centre sits is the traditional land of the Kaurna people. We respect their spiritual relationship with this country and we pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging.
This land has been a place of story-telling, movement, music and connection for over 60,000 years. And we take great pride in being able to honour those traditions today, tomorrow, and for years to come.
Aligning with OUR MOB as a celebration of First Nations culture, Country and community, OUR WORDS brings together some of the most exciting First Nations writers, creatives and poets from SA and beyond for a series of panels and conversations.
OUR WORDS is curated by artist, poet and curator Dominic Guerrera and will include conversations on decolonising institutions, domestic labour and Aboriginal narratives.
Don't miss an afternoon of some the most celebrated First Nations voices in the country.
Register online to attend.
