Whatever People Say I Am That’s What I’m Not (2005) and AM (2014) are arguably the Arctic Monkeys two most defining albums, with banging tunesI Bet You Look Good on the Dancefloor, Fake Tales of San Francisco that catapulted them to stardom, through to the sophisticated and brooding soundscapes of R U Mine? and Do I Wanna Know?

Fluorescent Adolescents are Australia’s premier Arctic Monkeys tribute and have honed their recreation of the sound and stage presence of the Arctic Monkeys with meticulous attention to detail.  The intricate guitar work and dynamic rhythms, and Zak Taylor’s pure embodiment of Alex Turner’s distinctive vocals. Close your eyes and you could well be watching the Arctic Monkeys at Glastonbury, Albert Hall, or at the Apollo.

Along for the ride are local lads The Blunts, with renditions of Australia’s hottest shed-rock band, The Chats, featuring tracks like “Smoko” and “Pub Feed”.
